July 11-16, 2008 - Pittsburgh, PA - U.S. Transplant Games
The U.S. Transplant Games is the premiere athletic competition for transplant

including a schedule of events, information about Pittsburgh, and to register for the
Games, go to www.kidney.org/news/tgames. If you're a resident of Florida, you may

Games.

In the Florida Legislature:
Florida SB 2630 is the organ donor registry improvement bill. It will allow the overburdened AHCA to contract with an
outside entity (through an open and impartial process) to not only create a new and improved registry, but also to run it.
The billed has passed both the Florida State Senate and House, and is now awaiting Gov. Charlie Crist's signature.
