Financial Assistance
TRIO of Northeast Florida offers financial assistance to qualified TRIO members for help in paying for transplant
medications. You must be a member of TRIO of Northeast Florida and financially eligible for assistance. To apply for the
Rick Pracher Medication Fund, download and print the application from our applications page.
TRIO also awards financially needy TRIO members seeking to further their education. Active TRIO members and their
immediate family are eligible. For more information and complete eligibility requirements, go to our applications page and
download and print a TRIO Scholarship Application.
Nielsen Organ Transplant Foundation also provides financial assistance to transplant patients. To qualify, you must be a
resident in the Northeast Florida region. Assistance can be provided for medical costs as well as other expenses, such as
health insurance premiums, rent, or utilities. For more information and an application, visit the NOTF website or call (904)
244-9823.
The National Transplant Assistance Fund assists transplant patients by providing information on how to raise funds
through contributions in their community and by helping them in the process of applying for financial aid. Phone:

The American Kidney Fund provides funding in many areas for kidney patients, including dialysis patients and transplant
recipients. Assistance is available for medications, transportation expenses to and from dialysis, kidney donor expenses and
