| Kathy Somers and Jim Rivard tell a very moving story of their experiences with organ donation and transplantation. Kathy's son Timothy passed away from a drowning accident. Jim received Tim's heart. Kathy and Jim wrote letters and talked for years, and were finally able to meet in Jacksonville. This is the first time the two have told their stories together.
