Other TRIO events
Saturday, May 3, 2008 - 1st Saturday Brunch
We have started getting together on the 1st Saturday of each month for a casual brunch out.  In May we will again be
meeting at the IHOP on Baymeadows Rd. between I-95 and Philips Highway.  The location changes from month to month,
so check back regularly for more information.
Thursday, May 15, 2008 - "Life: Get in the Game."
Drew Silverman, PharmD, a long-time friend and member of TRIO, will bless us with another one of his wonderful
presentations on living with a transplant.  Drew, not only a transplant pharmacist but a 2-time kidney recipient, will be
making a special trip from his office at Tampa General to speak to us this month.  Drew is always kind enough to stay late
and answer questions, so come with questions concerning your transplant medications.  But be sure to come early as Drew
always draws a big crowd.
Other events
On Sunday, April 20th, we celebrated our 4th annual Donate
Life Day.  It turned out to be a beautiful day at the St.
Johns Town Center.  Many volunteers, transplant recipients,
and area transplant organization representatives showed up
in strong support of the event.  It was a great day and a big
success.  To read more and see photos of the event, go to
our
Donate Life Day page.
July 11-16, 2008 - Pittsburgh, PA - U.S. Transplant Games

field, tennis, golf, basketball, badminton, table tennis, cycling, volleyball, racquetball,
and bowling.  Other events include a donor recognition ceremony, kids time, and the
